PURPOSE:To scarcely generate the peeling-off and the wear loss in the projecting end of an adhesion part to the foam intermediate bottom in the course of wear from the lowest part end of a toe guard, a toe cap, an out-counter, etc., by forming integrally the toe guard being an instep cover reinforcing part on the outside surface of the tiptoe part of an instep cover. CONSTITUTION:A forming void 9 and a main bottom forming void 13 for forming a toe guard 1 are constituted. In such a state, by injecting a forming material into the toe guard forming void 9 and the main bottom forming void 13, the toe guard 1 and the main bottom 14 are formed. Subsequently, by lowering a bottom mold 12 and removing a dummy mold, the formed toe guard 1 and main bottom 14 are left. Next, by raising the bottom mold 12 and combining it with a side mold 5, a forming void 15 for forming an intermediate bottom 6 is constituted. A foaming forming material is injected therein, and filled. The intermediate bottom 6 formed by foaming is stuck to the lower part of an instep cover 2 and the lower face of intermediate bottom cloth 16, and also, stuck to the inside surface 7 of the toe guard 1, and moreover, stuck to the inside surface 17 of the main bottom 14. |
