PURPOSE:To efficiently execute air conditioning/heating in a bed and drying of bedding by providing a mattress which has a ventilation unit, a mattress base provided with a blowout port of the ventilation unit, and an air leading-in part for leading in ventilation from the blowout port, and is provided with an air feeding-out part on the upper face. CONSTITUTION:Air taken in from the inside of a room by a ventilation unit is cooled or heated by a cooler 5 or a heater 6, and cold air or a hot air generated thereby passes through ducts 11, 12 and passes through reverse side surface cloth 22 whose permeability is high and is fed to an air leading-in part 2, and supplied into a mattress 1. Cold air or hot air spread out uniformly in the mattress 1 passes through surface side surface cloth 21 from a small hole of an air feeding-out part 3 and is blown out to the upper face of the mattress 1, and cools or heats the mattress 1, a bed pad 13, and a quilt 15. |
