PURPOSE:To efficiently leak contents of a yeast without causing denaturation by pressurizing a yeast having higher-order polyploid by hydrostatic pressure. CONSTITUTION:A Yeast having higher-order polyploid, e.g. yeast having tetraploid is put as a yeast suspension in a vessel and pressurized by a hydrostatic pressure of 1000-6000 atmospheric pressure, preferably 2000-4000 atmospheric pressure to leak the contents of the yeast. |
