The shower partition, as folding door, has a frame (4) consisting of uprights, top (2) and base (3) rail. Two door-sections (5, 6) are hinged (7) together at one end and pivot mounted at the other ends on vertical pivot axles (8). Near one of the uprights is a first stop-piece; near the other end of a door section (5) is a second stop-piece. The two stops abut when the door sections (5, 6) are moved together. The first stop is in the form of a laterally sprung arm with a laterally sloping first stop-surface cooperating with a corner on an end surface of the door-section (5). The first stop has a second stop surface set back from the sprung arm working with the door section (5) end surface. USE/ADVANTAGE - The multi-sectioned folding shower door is manipulated single-handedly.
