PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of inferiority due to the thermal stress of a molten resin by mounting a guide feeding a lead frame in a horizontal posture in a longitudinal direction and a pair of coating members forming the sump part of an undercoat agent to the region formed to the small diameter part between large diameter parts. CONSTITUTION:When a low viscosity undercoat agent 11 is allowed to flow down from the emitting orifice 29a of a nozzle 29, the undercoat agent 11 reaches the small diameter part 21 of an upper coating member 17 to fill a sump part 23. When a lead frame 7 is allowed to run on guides 15, 16, a part main body 1 passes through the sump part 23 filled with the undercoat agent 11. At this time, the part main body l becomes the state dipped in the undercoat agent 11 within the sump part 23. Therefore, the entire periphery of the part main body 1 is coated with a definite amount of the undercoat agent. The part main body 1 is continuously supplied to the sump part 23 by the running of the lead frame 7 and can continuously be coated with the undercoat agent. By this method, the waterporoofness of an exterior resin can be secured. |
