The vaccinal combination directed towards a pathogen, for example a virus of the animal or human Herpesvirus family, comprises a first valence composed of the aforementioned pathogen or virus in the attenuated live state or a recombinant expressing antigenic glycoproteins of the aforementioned pathogen or virus, and a second valence composed of antigenic glycoproteins of the envelope or wall of the aforementioned pathogen or virus. The two valences may be either in the form of a ready-to-use mixture, or be presented for mixing immediately before use, or be separated for a simultaneous and separate administration.
