<p>PURPOSE:To align thrown tickets independently from a kind and the thrown condition thereof in a device for classifying and aligning thrown tickets such as an automatic ticket machine or the like by stopping carrying rollers and raising driven rollers to cancel the push when a thrown tickets comes between a pair of carrying rollers, and directing the ticket to the longitudinal direction, and thereafter truing width up, and next, starting the carrying again. CONSTITUTION:When a ticket is thrown to a carrying stand 10, driving rollers 21, 31 are driven by the operation of a detector not shown in a figure, and while kind of the ticket and the thrown condition, longitudinal direction thrown condition or the lateral direction thrown condition, thereof is judged. For example, in the case that a 1000 yen bill is thrown in the longitudinal direction, it is carried as it is thrown, but in the case that a coupon ticket is thrown in the longitudinal direction, the coupon ticket is stopped temporarily between rollers 20, 30, and driven rollers 22, 32 are lifted up to cancel the push, and the coupon ticket is trued up to a reference surface 11 by a truing lever 41. In the case that a coupon ticket is thrown in the lateral direction, rotating levers 53, 54 are operated to change the lateral direction thrown condition of the ticket to the longitudinal direction thrown condition.
