CONSTITUTION:An arom. polyimide powder having repeating units of the formu la (wherein R0 is a 6-30C tetravalent arom. group; R1 is a 6-30C divalent arom. group; and n is a positive integer) (e.g. a resin obtd. from 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and pyromellitic dianhydride), wherein the specific surface area is 20m<2>/g or higher and the degree of imidation is 90% or lower. |
