PURPOSE:To control dust generation in sliding due to a metallic hub when loading/unloading a medium to a device and to improve reliability by forming a triazine dithiol film containing more than the carbon number 4 of an alkil amino group on the metallic hub surface of the medium. CONSTITUTION:On a metallic hub 4, the triazine dithiol film shown by an expression I is formed. Since the triazine dithiol forms first-order coupling with a metallic surface, it is strongly attached with the metallic hub and further, since a friction coefficient is lowered by the lubricant effect of the alkil amino group, the quantity of wearing a cassette case by friction between the metallic hub and the plastic cassette case is reduced. In the expression the alkil amino group is defined as R, hydrogen is defined as M and alkali metal or alkaline earth metal is is defined as M. On the other hand, the triazine dithiol contains more than the carbon number 4 of alkil amino groups as a substituent.
