PURPOSE:To define a set position and a back position of a carrying device by providing a set condition detecting switch for detecting the set condition of an automatic document carrying device and a back condition detecting switch. CONSTITUTION:A set condition detecting means 62 for detecting the set condition of an automatic document carrying device 5 and a back condition detecting means 63 for detecting the back condition are provided to define a set position A and a back position B of the automatic document carrying device 5. In the case that the automatic document carrying device 5 is dislocated from the predetermined positions A, B under the REDY condition of a copying device 1, mode is switched to a copy prohibition mode and display 66 of the copying device 1 is changed to command an appropreate processing to a user. |
