A dispensing device 10, typically for fish food, comprises a drum 17 continuously rotated in the sense of arrow Y about a horizontal axis so that food may be discharged under gravity from an aperture 22 of the drum. The interior of the drum is sub-divided by a barrier 36, 38 and by partitions 33, 34 and 35 so as to provide a zig-zag path for the discharge of food from chamber A of the drum through chamber B to the aperture. The baffle 35 is replaceable with one of different dimensions to contend with different foods. The barrier 36 is adjustable in length to control the amount of food discharged per revolution of the drum 17. <IMAGE> |
