PURPOSE:To enable multi-point measurement of magnetic intensity by arranging superconductive loops having pickup coils and input coils, a superconducting quantum interference device ring connected magnetically to the loops, a magnetic modulation means and the like. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic flux transformers 11-13 are superconductive loops which have pickup coils 11a-13a and input coils 11b-13b respectively and superconducting switches 11s-13s are provided in the respective loops. The coils 11b-13b of the respective transformers 11-13 are connected magnetically to a coil 3a of another magnetic flux transformer 3 and a coil 3b of the trans former 3 is connected magnetically to a DC-SQVID (Superconducting Quantum Interference Device) ring 4. A magnetic flux generated in a brain by external stimulation or the like has a frequency of about 0-1KHz and, for example, oscillation frequencies of oscillators 21, 22 and 23 are set at specified KHz just the same thereamong 21-23. Under this setting of circuits, the coils 11a-13a of the transformers 11-13 are arranged at measuring points I, II and IV of a head H desired to measure a magnetic flux distribution to be modulated in frequency to the specified KHz. |
