PURPOSE:To contrive the stabilization of the positive chargeability of a toner, to make the distribution of a triboelectric charge quantity uniform and to control the toner to the charge quantity suitable for the development system use by providing a resin coating layer on a nucleus particle, and incorporating a polyester resin obtained from a fluorine-containing alcohol and an acid in the covering layer. CONSTITUTION:In an electrostatic latent image developing carrier provided with the resin coating layer on the nucleus particle, the polyester resin obtained from the fluorine-containing alcohol and acid is incorporated in the coating layer. Hence the positive chargeability of the toner is stable and the distribution of the triboelectric charge quantity is sharp and uniform and the toner is controlled to the charge quantity suitable for the development system in use without base staining and toner splashing even after lapse of time, and the peeling of the covering layer is also eliminated and the image of high fidelity being equal to the initial image is obtained. |
