An auxiliary image-observing device for use in a portable liquid crystal display system or the like having a liquid crystal display housed in a manner to be visually observed from the outside, comprising: a magnifying lens for magnifying an image indicated on a liquid crystal display; a holding frame for fixedly holding the magnifying lens; and a holding member for positioning the magnifying lens to a liquid crystal display image in such a manner that the magnifying lens fixed on the holding frame is opposed to the liquid crystal display image and for detachably mounting the holding frame to a housing. |
