PURPOSE:To provide a thin motor by providing two or more layers of piezoelectric element, polarization-processed in a direction along a specific radial direction, shifting the polarized direction in a laminated piezoelectric unit. CONSTITUTION:Ring-shaped piezoelectric elements 11A to 11D, polarization- processed in a direction along a specific radial direction Pr, are provided in a laminated piezoelectric unit 11. The piezoelectric elements 11A, 11B are arranged by 180 deg. shifting the polarized direction Pr, and the piezoelectric elements 11C, 11D are arranged by 180 deg. shifting the polarized direction Pr. The piezoelectric elements 11A, 11B and the piezoelectric elements 11C, 11D are arranged by interposing a holder 17 therebetween to 90 deg. shift the polarized direction Pr. In this way, a total unit can be formed into compact size by enabling a size relating to a layer direction of the laminated piezoelectric unit to decrease. |
