PURPOSE:To improve specific dielectric constant, Q-value and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of dielectric porcelain by reducing the usage of Sm2O3 by specifying composing ratio of a composition comprising BaO, TiO2, Nd2O3, Sm2O3 and Bi2O3. CONSTITUTION:In a composition expressed by xBaO-yTiO2-z[(1-a-b)Nd2O3-aSm2 O3-bBi2O3], each component is weighed so as to have a molar ratio satisfying 0.10<=x<=0.20, 0.60<=y<=0.75, 0.10<=z<=0.24, x+y+z=1, 0<a<=0.25 and 0<b<=0.30 and pure water is added, then resultant system is wet-mixed, thus fired at about 1000 deg.C, further about 1wt.% binder (e.g. PVA) is added and wet-crushed. Next, resultant system is dried, sieved and granulated, then molded, thus burned to afford the aimed dielectric porcelain. |
