PURPOSE:To enhance carrier-over effectively by furnishing a cleaning water spouting for inside of diluting cup, an air inject port, a cleaning water/air exhaust hole in the cup, and an airtight sealing material for inside of the cup. CONSTITUTION:A rubber packing 31 of a nozzle body 21 is in contact with the end face of a diluting cup 15 and seals it. The cleaning water 28 in a polytank 27 is supplied from a cleaning water supply nozzle 21 to the cup 15 by a cleaning water supply pump 26 while air is fed to the same cup from an air feed nozzle 23 by an air feeding pump 30 to wash the inner wall, and they are exhausted from an exhaust nozzle 24. At this time, the cleaning water in the cup 15 forms a number of interfaces with the included bubbles, and they make iterative contacts with the inner wall infinitely, and also the included air bombarding with the inner wall exerts washing effect. Thus the carrier-over can be enhanced effectively without changing the sort of cleaning water or requiring much time and water.
