PURPOSE:To enable accurate time information to be obtained by correcting clock information with information equipment capable of automatically correcting the information at the predetermined time, upon receipt of a time correction schedule signal. CONSTITUTION:The information equipment in the title receives time information, and automatically corrects clock information in a clock circuit 16. In this case, a signal inputted via an antenna 10 is converted into a digital signal with a wave receiving section 11, and a signal error, if any, is corrected with a decoding circuit 12. A control circuit 13 obtains the time information demanded by a user,according to time information from the decoding circuit 12, and sets the information in the clock circuit 16. Also,when time change schedule information is given from the decoding circuit 12, the control circuit 13 stores the information in a time changes information memory circuit 17, and concurrently starts a comparison between the stored information and information in the clock circuit 16. Data correction is made, according to agreement between both types of the aforesaid information. |
