<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity by sorting a product into plural groups according to the long or short of a production required period, deciding a production sequence so as not to get plural types of products mixed with one another in this sort, and finding the production sequence of these products for leveling the work load among these sorted plural groups. CONSTITUTION:When product data are inputted into a production indicating device 1, each product is sorted into plural groups according to the long or short of a production required period. If this sort is ended, a production sequence as to products in relation to each sort is decided. Hereat the degree of work load at each product in respective processes is quantified, and the production sequence of the products is found successively on the basis of this quantified load value, thus leveling of the work load can be done. With this constitution, production in a mixed production line becomes pliable, so that productivity is well improved.</p> |
