<p>PURPOSE:To omit the job that reads an electrical circuit diagram by making an ordinary worker recognize the circuit No of the circuit diagram in response to the name of the equipment needed for operation of an automation line. CONSTITUTION:An operation display part 1 consists of a control panel 2 which outputs various instructions for set-up of modes, the switch of display of the screens, etc., a CRT display part 3, and a CPU 4 which controls the part 3. Then the circuit No of an electrical circuit diagram is shown at the part 3 when this part 3 is turned off. The part 3 displays a state necessary for starting the facilities related to a relevant equipment with a lighting operation. Thus an operator can directly refer to the circuit No through the part 3 and therefore the operator can visually recognize the circuit No. Then it is possible to omit the job that reads the electrical circuit diagram.</p> |
