A split power control valve comprises at least two valves each of which having a control member 18, 19. Each control member 18, 19 projects into a recess 32, 33 of a common input control element 28, an elastomeric block 34, 35 being interposed between each control member 18, 19 and the base of the respective recess. In the construction shown the blocks 34, 35 are substantially frusto-conical discs. The ends of the control members 18, 19 which project into the recesses are of frusto-conical form such that pivoting movement is possible between the control members 18, 19 and the control element 28.</p> |
