PURPOSE:To deleting a creeping signal from a speaker to a microphone being a cause to production of an echo and to improve the talking quality before the effect of an error at frequency modulation caused at a transmission section and a reception section by providing an echo canceller to a speech unit. CONSTITUTION:A voice signal inputted from a microphone 1 of a speech unit 9 consists of a voice signal outputted from a speaker 2 and an external voice signal, given to a circuit provided with a microphone amplifier 3, a speech control section 5 and an echo canceller 8 and sent to a radio reception section 13 at a control unit 15 via a radio transmission section 6. The voice signal received by the radio reception section 7 in the speech unit 9 is reproduced into sound by the speaker 2 through the speech control section 5 and a speaker amplifier 3. Then the echo canceller 8 cancels an echo caused by the creeping voice signal from the speaker 2 to the microphone 1.
