PURPOSE:To shorten a span of workhours by installing a guide rail along the edge of a tank opening, moving the cover of an abrasive tank in accordance with this guide rail for opening or closing it. CONSTITUTION:When a polishing machine is suspended of its operation and an abrasive tank A is stopped at a specified position, a hydraulic or pneumatic device, a cam mechanism and so on are started to operate, and thereby a cover B is drawn out to the side along a guide rail 4 and opened. Subsequently, an bradant and a workpart are projected into the abrasive tank A from an upper opening 2. Next, a slide type or cam mechanical device is operated and, after the cover B is moved along the guide rail 4 and closed, the polishing machine is started to operate its operation. |
