PURPOSE:To allow an extension terminal at a caller side to be used for other application while a called party replies a call by retrieving dial information based on called party information on a reply request from the extension terminal. CONSTITUTION:When a called party makes a reply with a call, the called party extracts caller information being identification information of extension terminals 152, 154 of a caller stored in call information storage means 106a, 206a to connect a line between an extension terminal 252 of the called party and extension terminals 152, 154 of the caller. Thus, even when the extension terminals 152, 154 of the caller hooks on its handset once after the calling and interrupts the line, when a reply comes from the called party, the line between the called extension terminal 252 and the extension terminals 152, 154 of the caller whose line is interrupted is connected. Thus, while the reply comes from the called party, the extension terminals 152, 154 of the caller are used for other application.
