<p>PURPOSE:To improve the carrying efficiency of a medium by providing a decision means which decides a medium carrier mechanism part and a retraction execution means which performs a retraction operation by calculating the relative distance of each medium carrier mechanism part and calculating the retracting address of the medium carrier mechanism part on one side, and operating two medium carrier mechanism parts. CONSTITUTION:A medium carrier mechanism control part 4 receives address position information representing at which address positions the medium carrier mechanism parts 1A, 1B are located from medium carrier mechanism part controllers 3A, 3B. Thence, the medium carrier mechanism control part 4 decides the medium carrier mechanism parts 1A, 1B holding the media executed by the from-addresses of bi-sected right and left areas 10, 11 where the medium carrier mechanism parts 1A, 1B are located, or the from-addresses or to-addresses of a medium throw-in/out part 7, a data memory reproducing device 6, and a medium stocker 5. After that, the relative distance of the medium carrier mechanism parts 1A, 1B is calculated, and also, the retracting address is calculated, and the medium carrier mechanism part on one side is retracted. In such a way, the carrying efficiency of the medium can be improved by operating the two medium carrier mechanism parts 1A, 1B.</p> |
