<p>PURPOSE:To omit high precision height adjustments of a supply tape guide and a take-up tape guide and to reduce the number of parts and also to attain low cost by forming the whole shape of a slant pole into an approximately conical shape and using a guide base in common for a lower flange of the supply tape guide and the take-up guide respectively. CONSTITUTION:The shape of the slant pole 13 is a conical shape formed with gradually smaller diameters from the upper end to the lower end, while lower flanges of the supply tape guide 5 and the take-up tape guide 7, bosses and fixing screws are omitted. Then, deviation force downward in the widthwise direction of a magnetic tape 3 due to the conical shape of the slant pole 13 is substituted for pressing force downward in the widthwise direction of the magnetic tape 3 by upper flanges 5a and 7a. Then, a flange of the guide base 15 is acted in place of the lower flange of the supply tape guide 5 and the take-up tape guide 7 respectively, so that the magnetic tape 3 is prevented from flawing due to its fall. By this method, the number of parts of the supply tape guide and the take-up tape guide is reduced, and the high recision height adjustment is omitted.</p> |
