发明名称 ANTICOLLISION CONTROL METHOD FOR MAGNETIC LEVITATION CARRIER
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent collision by receiving a signal transmitted from another carrier, when one magnetic levitation carrier approaches another carrier within a predetermined distance, and outputting a signal for controlling a magnetic levitation circuit to attract the body to a track. CONSTITUTION:Truck l of a magnetic levitation carrier is provided with four levitation coils 4 and gap sensors 6 on the right and left in front and rear and a baggage table 3 is supported in cantilever by means of an L-type arm 2. A levitation coil 4 is energized by a command provided from a control section(not shown) and floated to a predetermined gap and the primary coil 11 of a traveling rail 10 is also excited thus advancing the truck l along a rail 12. When a light receiving section 8 of the truck l detects that the magnetic levitation carrier approached to another carrier within a predetermined distance, the control section transmits a signal for de-energizing the levitation coil 4 to the light receiving section 9 of the truck l based on thus detected signal thus attracting the truck l to the rail 12. Consequently, collision is prevented and the baggage on the table 3 is protected against damage.
