PURPOSE:To obtain the title device uniformed in thickness and distribution width of ingredients on a conveyer by rotatably holding a feeding body having a groove on a shaft in the discharge opening of ingredient hopper bottom and attaching a scraping plate in projected state behind rotation direction of the groove. CONSTITUTION:The aimed device in which a cylindrical feeding body 10 is rotatably held on a shaft in the discharge port in the bottom of a hopper 7 and a feeding groove 9 is formed along a rotating shaft 8 in the peripheral face of the feeding body 10 and a scraping plate 12 consisting of an elastomer is provided behind rotation direction of the delivering groove 9 in projected state. Seasoning, oil and ingredients are each fed from a seasoning liquid jetting nozzle, oil jetting nozzle and ingredients-feeding conveyer 6 to cooked rice fed to a conveyer 2 for stirring and being conveyed and discharged to a conveyer 24 for pre-cooling to provide the boiled rice mixed with fish and vegetable.
