<p>PURPOSE:To considerably shorten working time necessary for construction and to widely decrease a production cost by holding constantly the interval of a microorganism carrier consisting of a nonwoven fabric by inserting inserting type hand spacer into the penetrating bolts at upper and lower edge. CONSTITUTION:In the case of assembling the module of the microorganism carrier, after inserting necessary sheets of the nonwoven fabric of the microorganism carrier 11 into the penetrated bolts 5 between the supporting plate 1 and the nonwoven fabric of the microorganism carrier 11, and between the sheets of nonwoven fabric of microorganism carrier 11 itself, the inserting part 13 of a bandspacer 12 is successively inserted into the penetrating bolts 5, and this operation is simple and ease. For connecting the bandspacer 12, an opening edge of inserting parts 13 is fixed strongly to the penetration bolts 5, inserting part 13 is slightly opened by the elasticity and by depressing it continuously as it is, penetration bolts are inserted therein. The reason the vicinities of the respective up and down edges of the bandspacers are slightly notched is that the abutting of the bandspacer 12 on a reinforcing bands 8 directly is to be avoided at the time of installation.</p> |
