<p>PURPOSE:To easily and effectively operate a chemical cleaning by providing an aerating device supplying air into an ultrafiltration tank and a device transferring the slurry of activated sludge in the tank to a biological treating tank at the time of cleaning of ultrafiltration membrane. CONSTITUTION:The valves 8,10 are closed and a drain pipe 11 is opened and the valve 18 is opened and a pump 19 is driven to discharge the slurry of activated sludge in a tank 3 through the activated sludge transferring pipe 16 and the sludge is transferred to the activated sludge treating tank 2. Then, a fresh water (the use of biologically treated water is preferable) is filled into the tank with a supplying pipe 12 and adds a membrane cleaning agents such as NaClO through an injection pipe l3, aerated intensively than stational treatment from an air diffuser 6 evolving turbulent flow and to remove a contaminated material stuck to the surface of membrane. After aeration for prescribed time (about 10 minute) is continued, cleaning is ended and the waste solution of cleaning is drained from a drain pipe 11. Thereafter, the valves 8,9 are opened and restored the stational treatment again.</p> |
