<p>PURPOSE:To enable such a production that there is nothing of any excessive stock or part missing by making a production plan for a self-process in consideration of a trucking service between this self-process and a postprocess. CONSTITUTION:A postprocessing plan inclusive of a required number per day of product classification in a postprocess is inputted, while a trucking diagram ranging from a self-process to the postprocess and a facia form are inputted as well, and a shipping plan for the self-process is made out on the basis of this inputted postprocess plan and the trucking diagram plus the facia form. Next, both duty and production forms in the self-process are inputted, making out a setup plan of each product in the self-process on the basis of those of shipping plan, duty form and production form, and further a production sequence plan in the self-process is made out on the basis of the setup plan. With this constitution, since production planning for the self-process is drawn up after taking account of up to a trucking service number, a product is produceable along the optimum production unit number and production sequence plane, where any possible excessive stock or part missing is kept back at both these processes.</p> |
