<p>PURPOSE:To execute the setting of detecting voltage to have arbitrary temperature characteristic and value by providing a comparing circuit to compare reference voltage generated in a reference voltage circuit and divided voltage generated in a voltage dividing circuit. CONSTITUTION:Reference voltage VREF obtained in a reference voltage circuit 4 and divided voltage VDIV obtained in a voltage dividing circuit 7 are supplied to the non-inversion input terminal (+) and the inversion input terminal (-) of a comparing circuit (voltage comparator) 8 respectively. The voltage comparator 8 generates a logical signal to correspond to the scale relation of the both input voltage, moreover, the logical output of the voltage comparator 8 is inverted by an inverter 9 and is outputted as a detecting signal VH. Thus, the setting of detecting voltage to have arbitrary temperature characteristic and value can be executed.</p> |
