<p>PURPOSE:To keep off any wrong conveyance due to a setting miss by installing a bar code, a bar code reader, a scheduling information file, a destination indicating device and an automatic conveyor car. CONSTITUTION:At time of being conveyed out of a certain process, a bar code 10 incidental to a pallet 9 is read by a bar code reader 6, and a destination indicating device 3 feeds a destination decision system 2 with the read bar code. This destination decision system 2 secures pallet information 11 on the basis of the bar code so far fed, recognizing a conveyed work 14, and when this conveyed work 14 is of half-finished work, by way of example, the next process is found out of the scheduling information 12 stored as being added with normal revision of a manufacturing planned schedule, thereby determining the destination of conveyance. This destination is fed to the destination indicating device 3 from the destination decision system 2, and furthermore indication is issued to an automatic conveyor car 4, through which this car 4 conveys the conveyed work to the destination. With this constitution, any wrong conveyance by an operator's judgment is thus preventable.</p> |
