NOVEL CEPHALOSPORIN DERIVATIVES

摘要

Cephalosporin derivs. of formula (I), their pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic salts and their physiologically hydrolyzable esters and solvates are new. In (I), R1=C1-4 alkyl, C3-4 alkenyl, C3-4 alkynyl or -C(Ra)(Rb)COOH; Ra and Rb=H or C1-4 alkyl; or CRaRb=C3-7 cycloalkyl; R2=C1-4 alkyl, C3-4 alkenyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl or amino; R3=C1-3 alkyl. Cpds. (I) exibit antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and -negative bacteria (esp. Pseudomonas spp.). (I) have a good stability to beta-lactamase.
