PURPOSE:To prepare a formed body having uniformly distributed specific gravity by introducing a large number of long fibers through a guide gate, from the upper outside to the lower inside, toward a gate and spraying resin liquids against the long fibers from a spray nozzle to uniformly attach said liquids to the fibers. CONSTITUTION:Long fibers (g), i.e., glass fibers, etc., are introduced from the outside through a large number of guide holes 27 formed in a guide gate into the inside and then led toward gate holes in corresponding gates 23. And the long fibers (g) guided from gate holes in adjacent unit gate hole rows of adjacent gates 23 are continuously advanced through a gap formed by guide pipes disposed between adjacent gates in a laminar form and gathered together. Next, spray nozzles 26 are provided oppositely to locations where the fibers (g) are advanced to spray foam curing resin liquids, so that the resin liquids are uniformly attached to the long fibers which are being advanced. The fibers (g) to which the liquids have been uniformly attached are rubbed by an impregnating plate to infiltrate said liquids into, the fibers, after which the fibers are passed through a forming channel, where the resin liquids are expanded and cured. |
