PURPOSE:To offer a pneumatic tire that has improved the performance of anti group wandering without lowering block end rigidity and also without causing the lowering of tire peripheral main groove draining ability or the deterioration of the outside look, by shifting block positions in a tire width direction (tire diameter direction). CONSTITUTION:At a tread surface A, three straight main grooves 1 are provided in a tire peripheral direction, and also plural sub-grooves 2 are provided in a tire width direction, and blocks 3 are divided by these. In this instance, respective blocks 3 adjoining in the tire peripheral direction are shifted in the tire width direction. And a deflection distance DELTAW is made to be within the range of less than 20% of the groove width W of a main groove 1. That is, when more than 20%, the see through portion groove width Ws of a main groove 1 becomes too narrow, and drainability is damaged. Also, the position of fellow blocks which are separated by a tire semi-periphery, are shifted within the range of 30%-50% of the groove width of a groove 1. That is, the performance of anti group wandering can not be improve in case of less than 30%, and in case of more than 50%, the outside view is damaged. |
