The maximum residue signal data representing energy distribution of audio signal is synthesized by the liner predictive coding speech synthesizer. The system includes a buffer (30) for sending pulse parameter data to a digital signal processor (20), a decoder (40) activated by data strobe for decoding address signal transmitted from a computer, for enabling the buffer (30) and for generating write enable signal to be transmitted to the DSP (20), an interrupt generator (50) for generating interrupt signal when the DSP needs parameter input, a first control signal generator (60) for generating interrupt signal having fixed period and write enable signal to store output signal of the buffer (30) on an internal memory, and a second control signal generator (70) for generating and transmitting data response signal and read signal to the DSP (20).
