Lubricant dispenser/metering device for a centralised greasing installation, comprising a metering piston (5) which can move in terms of translation inside a bore (1) and delimits a metering chamber (33), a transverse spring (11) and a dispensing valve (4) comprising: - a ring (14) mounted in the said bore (1) in a leaktight manner and so that it can move in terms of axial translation, - an elastically deformable stopper (15) in the shape of a disc, which can move in terms of translation between the said ring (14) and the orifice (31) for the outlet of lubricant from the metering chamber, the said stopper having a diameter less than the diameter of the said bore (1), - a guide stop (23) for the said stopper (15), and - a return spring (16) exerting on the said stopper (15) a predetermined force in the direction of the said ring (14). <IMAGE>
