<p>PURPOSE:To execute a large quantity of objective tests without the eyes and the judgement of a person by allowing a test personal only to input an expected value to a write register and to wait only the count of check-sum by a hardware next when a display system is tested. CONSTITUTION:The expected value of the check-sum is previously written in the data register of the write register 7 by the tester. Besides, the start of the test is designated to a start register and the data of the register 7 is sent to a comparator 9. Next, character data is successively read out from a semiconductor memory 2, converted by a P/S conversion part 4 and a D/A conversion part 5 and displayed on a display device 6. Then, when all the character data is read out, the END bit of the finish register of a read register 10 becomes '0'. Besides, the counted value by a counter 8 and the expected value of the register 7 are compared by the comparator 9. Then, it is decided whether the display system is normal or erroneous. Thus, a large quantity of the objective test is executed without requiring the eyes and the judgement of the person during the test.</p> |
