<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity remarkably by filling normal cement mortar into a space to be filled with a pipe sheathing material till a constant height from an opening, and filling high early-strength cement in the residual part. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 11 is stood so that a faucet 12 thereof becomes a lower side, and a space 15 to be filled with the sheathing material is formed between the pipe 11 and a sheathing steel pipe 14. Normal cement mortar 18 as the sheathing material is filled into the space 16 till a constant height H from an opening 17, and next, early-strength cement 19 is filled into the residual part. This early-strength cement 19 is hardened in about 10-15 minutes after the filling. After the early-strength cement 19 is hardened, the pipe 11 is laid and a flange part 16 of the faucet 12 and an insertion port 13 are supported by supporting bases 20 such as sleepers or the like, and the normal cement mortar 18 is hardened under the condition that the pipe 11 is held. Normal cement mortar 18 is hardened in 4-5 hours after the filling. A cycle time of production is thereby shortened from conventional 4-5 hours to 10-15 minutes to improve productivity remarkably.</p> |
