PURPOSE:To improve the surface quality of a molded object by a method in which reinforcing fiber is preliminary formed into the shape in which the cut-in of the cut-in shape in a molded object is removed by using a core, and the fiber is put in the mold without movable part, and then molding is achieved by injecting resin. CONSTITUTION:In a mold, reinforcing fiber 1 is fitted into the cavity formed between a bottom force 3 and a top force 4 with the cut-in shape around a core 2. The cut-in shape is removed from the contour of said part, and even though a movable part is not provided in the bottom force 3 or the top force 4, a molded object may be released from the mold. The reinforcing fiber 1 of the contour in which the reinforcing fiber is fitted to the periphery of the core 2 and, the cut-in shape is removed is put in the mold and the mold is clamped. While resin is injected from an injection hole 5 and is permeated into the reinforcing fiber 1, simultaneously a resin layer is molded around the reinforcing fiber 1 thereby obtaining a fiber-reinforced resin molded object. As the reinforcing fiber 1, glass fiber is preferably used. Since the cut-in shape is removed, the fiber-reinforced resin molded object may be released easily from the mold. |
