The thermoplastic resin composition is composed of at most 95 wt. pts. of crystalline polyolefin resin (A), 1-50 wt. pts. of crystalline polyelefine resin (B) grafted with 0.5-20 wt. pts. of unsatd. carboxylic acid or its derivative, 1-50 wt. pts. of olefin rubber (C) grafted with 0.5-20 wt. pts. of unsatd. cpd. contg. epoxide gp., and at most 50 wt. pts. of olefin rubber. The unsatd. carboxylic acid or its derivative is pref. (meth)acrylic acid, maleic acid, acrylamide or sodium (meth)acrylate. The unsatd. cpd. is pref. glycidyl acrylate or glycidyl-2-ethyl (or propyl) acrylate. The thermoplastic resin has an excellent impact-resistance, injection moldability and painting property.
