PURPOSE:To prevent surely shortages in quantity of the load to be cut off by a method wherein an operation pattern of a load which repeats sharp rises and falls during operation is preliminarily registered in a computer and the maximum value of that load is used for calculating a load which is on the target for cutoff. CONSTITUTION:Among a group of loads connected to feeders 71, 72, 73 and 74, there is such a load as repeats sharp rises and falls during operation. An operation pattern of such a load is preliminarily registered in a storage circuit 112. Based on input signals which are input into an input-output circuit 111, the CPU compares the power to be generated by a private power generation supply 2, the substitute for a distribution power supply 1 when the distribution power supply 2 breaks down, with the load of the feeders 71, 72, 73 and 74 and selects in advance a load which exceeds the power to be generated by the private power generation supply 2 as a target for cutoff. For calculation of the load which is out the target for cutoff, the maximum in-operation value of the load registered in the storage circuit 112 is used. Consequently, there is no shortage in quantity of the load to be cut off. |
