发明名称 PIPE DRIVING WORK METHOD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve work environment by fitting a permanent magnet on the end of a driving pipe, and also by fitting a superconductive coil on the end of a reaction-force receiving member, and by repeating both the driving by means of magnetic repulsion through electrification to the superconductive coil and the extension of the reaction-force receiving member while stopping electrification, for driving the driving pipe. CONSTITUTION:On the end of a foremost driving pipe 2, a permanent magnet 6 is fitted, and on the end 5a of a reaction-force receiving member 5, a superconductive coil 7 is fitted. Next, on the outer circumference of the end part 5a, eight pieces of superconductive coils 8 are arranged, and on the inner circumferential surface of the driving pipe 2, permanent magnets 9 are provided in such a state that each of them is opposite to each superconductive coil 8. Then, the rear end of the reaction-force receiving member 5 is supported by a pressure- receiving board. And the permanent magnet 6 is brought near to the superconductive coil 7, and a current is passed through the superconductive coil 7, and the driving pipe 2 is driven into the ground by the magnetic repulsive force produced. Then, electrification to the superconductive coil 7 is stopped, and the reaction-force receiving member 5 is extended as much as the distance the driving pipe has been driven. By repeating the above, the driving pipe can be driven in a low-noise clean work environment for laying an embedded pipe line.</p>
