<p>PURPOSE:To make a lightweight truss beam by installing a steel material receiver to a lower of a truss beam, providing a PC steel rod from the steel material receiver to the upper end of pillar steel of each roof frame, and fixing them after the bending of the beams by the constant load of the roof members and the like is generated. CONSTITUTION:Steel farmed pillars 2 are erected, truss beams 1 are extended between the upper ends of the pillars 2, both ends of PC steel rods 4 are inserted into the oblique holes of the steel framed pillars 2, and both ends of the upper and the lower chord members 1a and 1b of the truss beams 1 are welded to the steel framed pillars 2 to compose roof frame units 10. Then, roof frame units 10 are arranged parallel, combined by girders 5, purlins and the like, and roof members are installed thereon. And after a bending is generated to the truss beams 1 by the constant load of the dead load of the members, nuts are screwed on the screws at both ends 4a of the PC steel rods 4, and the ends of the PC steel rods 4 are fixed to the upper ends of the iron frame pillars 2. Consequently, the truss beams 1 are made light in weight, and the consumption of steel frames can be reduced.</p> |
