PURPOSE:To efficiently execute work by providing a control means which displays the set initial number of image formed copies on a display means during the display of the updated number of image formed copies according as an image is formed. CONSTITUTION:The initial set number of the image formed copies is set to be 5, for example, by using the ten keys of an input means 1. When a start key is depressed next, the number of the image formed copies becomes M=1 from M=0 and 1 is displayed on the display device 1 of the display means 3. Then, when an image forming action is started and the detection signal of a sensor is inputted to the control means 2, the display of the display device is set to be 5 for two seconds, for example, by the control means 2. Besides, a paper where the image is formed is ejected. Then, the number of the image formed copies M is set to be 2 and 2 is displayed on the display device by the control means 2. Besides, the similar display is continuously executed until the number of the image formed copies M becomes 5 which is the set number of the image formed copies which is initially set. |
