PURPOSE:To carry out the open/close operation, sealing, or the like of a window by remote control by constituting the device in such a way that the open/close of the window, and the sealing or release of the window can be carried out by drawing an opening-side cable or a closing-side cable by the opening or closing operation of an actuator. CONSTITUTION:When a window W is opened, an actuator 3 is operated in the opening direction by remote operation to draw an opening-side cable 4, so that it is changed its direction as much as approximately 180 degrees via the guide disk on the opening side of a seal operating part 5. Then, the window W is drawn so as to be open. When the window is closed, a closing-side cable 6 is drawn to fully close the window W via a closing-side guide disk and a fixed disk 7. Furthermore, after the window W is fully closed, by further operating the actuator 3 in the closing direction, seal members S are moved toward the window W via connecting plates, cam plates 8a, 8b, or the like, so that they are pressed against the four sides of the window W to seal between the inside and outside of the window W, and the release of seal is carried out by the opening operation of the actuator 3. |
