PURPOSE:To adjust an image forming device from a remote area and to efficiently execute maintenance and control by rewriting each kind of adjusting information of the image forming device from an external device in the remote area. CONSTITUTION:A datum from a circuit 90 is demodulated through a network controlling part 92 by the modulator and demodulator 93 of the external device 91, and is outputted to a processing device 94, and the data from the processing device 94 is outputted to the circuit 90. The transmitting requirement of each kind of data is executed from the external device 91 side to a communicating unit 80, or controlling information, that is, the contents of non-volatile RAM612 in a copying machine main body 1, for example, the change of an exposing voltage is instructed, so that each adjusting information can be rewritten from the external device 91 in the remote area. When each adjusting information is newly set up, adjustment is executed from the external device 91 in such a way that it is fitted to a setting environment. |
