PURPOSE:To obtain a skidproof packaging case capable of preventing effectively the disarrangement of its contents and excellent in blocking resistance, surface gloss, friction resistance, damage resistance and contamination resistance by providing a skidproof resin layer on the bottom panel of the packing case and a hardened resin layer on the top panel thereof adjoining to the skidproof resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A skidproof resin layer consisting of aqueous emulsion resin and silica powder is provided on the bottom panel of a packaging case and a hardened resin layer consisting of ultraviolet or electron beam curing resin is provided on at least the top panel thereof adjoining to the skidproof resin layer. This satisfies the requirements of the packaging case for the skid proofness attainable at a temperature of at least 40 deg.C, surface gloss, friction resistance, damage resistance and contamination resistance. As the aqueous emulsion resin constituting the skidproofness resin layer, the polymer or copolymer or vinyl acetate, acrylic acid, ester acrylate, ethylene and styrene can be used. The silica powder constituting the skidproof resin layer has an average size of 1-20mum in diameter and is added to the aqueous emulsion resin before or after its polymerization. |
