PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of a mold to an extruder by a method wherein each bolt inserting hole of a plate is made to be a circular arcuate hole extending to the circumferential direction in a mold equipped with the plate, to which the tip pf a plastic pipe extrusion molder main body is connected with bolts. CONSTITUTION:In order to connect a pipe extruding die A with an extruder main body, the die A is supported by a mold bearer 4 and moved ahead the cylinder tip 5 of the extruder main body by moving the whole mold bearer 4 so as to fall the center of the rear end of the die in line with the center of the cylinder tip of the extruder main body. Next, bolts 30 and 30 are inserted in the circular arcuate bolt inserting holes 3 and 3 of the connecting plate 2 of the die A and then inserted in the bolt inserting holes at the cylinder tip 5 and clamped with nuts. In this case, since the bolt inserting holes 3 and 3 of the plate 2 are circular arcuate, by moving the bolts 30 to the circumferential direction of the die along the circular arcuate bolt inserting holes 3, the bolts 3a can be faced to the bolt holes at the cylinder tip 5, resulting in eliminating the rotary movement of the die to its circumferential direction. |
